Busy But Not Too Busy
Ok, so I’m not getting into this blog thing to well. But I’m busy designing a new web set for “my” web site. Which is taking forever making the pieces to make the new design after days of research seeing what is out there and what I like best. But I’m getting close….it is coming together. Then there will be changing everything over without losing any search engine leverage I “may” have acquired. There are more hits on my site so I think reworking each page description, and each page’s Meta tags may have helped. There are a few other things I’ve done to hopefully help, like getting a few sites to add me to their Favorites links. Now, wouldn’t it be nice to know what helps…..alas is life.
So what else am I doing….I’m almost finished illustration a small book my sister will sale on her site…..I’m working on turning a friends story into a coloring book. I’m waiting on the sequel to “Zack and Tripp and the Indian Village” by Candace Trest to be put into my hands to start the illustrations for it. I’ve read the story….the story is finished and great…..now for what the author wants in the line of illustrations. Also, I’m wrapped in getting the activities for Women’s Ministry on the church calendar for next year and getting two events planned. All in all that doesn’t sound like much …..totally doable …….so why be stressed. It will all get done that needs doing. I feel better now ;o)
If you read this and want to give me advice on getting my web site Tickled Pink Graphics found by people wanting to buy graphics…..post here or send me an email. I need advice.
If there is something you are trying to learn in graphics….give me a comment and I’ll see if I know anything about the subject. I forget because I don’t know everything that I might know things someone new to all this business of making graphics doesn’t know. You can look at graphics on my site and know if I know more than you or not. Most of what I know I’ve gotten from books or online tutorials. I still make time for tutorials…I always learn something new or remember something I should be using to make things easier. Learning is never wasted time.

Graphics Spin
It is time to jump into this blog mystery and see what of the blog hype is true. I’m an artist turned graphics artist and I’ve started my own web site to sell graphics and now I’m looking for ways to finesse my web site and my artwork. I’ve been told blogging can help me fine people who are interested in the same things and I can learn while making friends.
I’m very happily married for soon to be 42 years, we have grown children, and two grandchildren. So all I’m looking for are people who want to help others along the graphics art road. So lets see what we get….I’m into illustrating books, creating custom graphics, web site graphics, scrapbook graphics, and printable graphics. I have all of these forms on my web site www.tickledpinkgraphics.com. Ok, that gives a start into who I am and where i want to go.
